Support
HeyWithU is an iOS companion app for light interaction when you’re bored: tap the character to switch animations, and optionally set a photo from your library as the background.
Getting started
- Open HeyWithU on your iPhone.
- Watch the companion idle on screen.
- Tap the character to trigger another animation or reaction.
- Use the in-app control to pick a photo as background (Photo Library permission appears only then).
Account
No account or login is required.
Permissions
Photos: used only if you choose a custom background. You can keep the default background without granting access.
Troubleshooting
- If animations do not play, force-quit and reopen the app, or restart your iPhone.
- If a background photo does not appear, confirm Photos access for HeyWithU in iOS Settings → HeyWithU, then pick the photo again.
- Update to the latest iOS version when possible.
Out of scope in this version
Chat, cloud ASR, and account sync are not part of the build currently on the App Store. Features mentioned in older materials that are not reachable in the app are intentionally unavailable.
